Why should I have my trash bins cleaned?
We not only clean your cans, but we disinfect, sanitize and deodorize them as well. We use water temps of approximately 200 degrees fahrenheit which rids them 99.9% of bacteria, germs, and viruses. Our state-of-the-art system effectively reduces health hazards such as Tuberculosis, Strep, staph, E-Coli, Salmonella & Listeria.
Do I need to be home for your services?
No. You do not need to be home to have your bins cleaned. As long as your trash bins are left at the curb or a designated spot you've made us aware of, we will clean your cans upon arrival and return them to their corresponding landing place.
How do I start service with Brightening Bins?

When will I be billed for service?
Your first payment is charged when you sign up. After that, subscription billing is always on the 1st of the month for the next service month—whether you signed up on the 1st, the 10th, or the 31st. The signup date does not change your recurring billing date.

What does Next Day service mean?
Next Day Service is our premium service where you don't need to leave your bins at the street. We gladly come collect your bins near your home, clean them curbside, and return them to your preferred location. We clean your bins the next day following your trash pick up day.
Why do customers prefer Next Day service?
The reality is that trash pickup by your provider are unpredictable as to when they will arrive. In order to deliver a consistent level of service, while not predicated on the pickup time, we provide our cleanings the day following trash pickup.
What if my HOA won't let me leave my cans curbside?
We agree with HOA's that cans shouldn't be left out curbside any longer than necessary! That's why we gladly come to your home to collect your bins from their normal location and return the bins back to their normal location.
What's the best way to get a quote for window cleaning and/or pressure washing?

What if I need to put trash in the bin before cleaning the next day?
That’s no problem at all! Go ahead and put trash in. We do ask that you make sure it's bagged and we will remove the bagged trash when we clean your bin. We'll take the bagged trash and put it in a heavy-duty leak-proof bag and place the trash back in your clean bin.
