How can I sign up for Brightening Bins services?Signing up is simple! Visit our website and go to the Bin Cleaning page to get started. We can usually service you the day after your next trash pick-up day. If you have more questions, contact us at hello@brighteningbins.com or text us at 770-580-1155 any day of the week.

How will I be notified of my scheduled service?After signing up for Brightening Bins, whether for a one-time or subscription-based cleaning, we will send you an email and text reminder the day before your scheduled service. This ensures you have your bin(s) ready for us.

Do I need to be home for your services?No! You don't need to be home to have your bins cleaned. We clean your bins the day after your trash pick up in order to ensure your bins are ready for our arrival. No matter where you keep your trash bins (curbside, by the garage, to the side of your house, behind a gate), we will make sure to grab them with your permission and return them to the same spot! You'll get a text message the day before reminding you of your next day service, as well as a text message the day of letting you know that we are on the way. Once your bins have been serviced, we will send out another text, letting you know your bins are clean!

What does Next Day Service mean?Next Day Service is our premium service where you don't need to leave your bins at the street! We gladly come collect your bins near your home, clean them curbside, and return them to your preferred location. We will simply clean your bins the next day following your trash pick up in order to ensure your bins are ready for our arrival! If for any reason you need to throw away a bag or two of trash, we have no problem removing it and even placing it in a fresh, new bag to maintain the cleanliness of your bins.

Can I place trash in my bin before your arrival?Absolutely! Just make sure the trash is bagged. We will remove the bagged trash when we clean your bin and place it in a heavy-duty, leak-proof bag to maintain the cleanliness of your freshly cleaned bins.

What happens if I forget to leave my bins accessible?Our route manager will try their best to get in contact with you if they don't see your bins by the street or in their typical location on the property. If they aren't able to get ahold of you within 10 minutes, we will reschedule your service for our next route in your area.

What happens if I forgot to take my trash down for pickup?If you forget to take your bins down for trash pick up prior to our arrival, we have no problem removing a bag or two of trash in order to clean your bins. If the trash is not bagged or the bin is full, we will reschedule your job for our next route in your area.

What is Brightening Bins' cancellation policy?Brightening Bins operates without service contracts, allowing you to cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled bin cleaning. However, for subscription services, a minimum of three subsequent services is required before cancellation.

What if there are dangerous weather conditions on the day of my scheduled service?Brightening Bins will make sure to clean your bins, rain or shine. However, if for any reason there are unsafe weather conditions (flooding, ice, snow, severe storms, high winds, etc), we will unfortunately have to reschedule your service to our next route in your area to keep our route managers safe.

How do I update my payment information?To update your payment information, call or text us at 770-580-1155, or email us at hello@brighteningbins.com. We will send you a secure payment update link to ensure your information's security.

When will I be billed?Subscriptions are initially billed upon sign up. Subsequently, billing occurs on the 1st of each service month.

Do you have a referral program?We absolutely love when you refer us to your friends and family. Because of your loyalty, we offer a referral program to reflect our appreciation. If you are a subscription-based customer (monthly or quarterly) that refers a friend or family member that signs up for a subscription-based service (monthly or quarterly), you get your next subscription-based service FREE!!!
